We understand people still have pain and need help even if they don’t have health insurance or have a gap in insurance coverage.Avoid costly Emergency Room services and take advantage of Mid-Missouri’s most competitive self-pay rates.Most services are offered for $300 or less.While payment is expected at the time of service, we do accept both cash and credit.

Before I went to Dr.Noble, I endured several hellish botched steroid injections in my lower back. One time I thought my leg had exploded (they had hit a nerve) another time a shot caused me such massive pain the medical staff put me in a wheelchair and pushed me to my car. Then I went to see Noble, and he convinced me to try another injection and boy did he do a perfect job. Despite his too busy office & the carhop check ins in the parking lot, I have always felt that he & his staff listened to my concerns. My pain is now manageable and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They care about their patients very much so that they even take time out on Father’s Day Sunday to make sure that my husband is OK.
